Its graphical user interface and execution analysis areplatform-independent. Windows, Windows NT, UNIX, and VxWorks aresupported. A Source Configuration management system help you track thesource code versions and developers having access to them. ChangeSmartdetermines which files, functions, and language statements have changedbetween versions of your source code. Changes that cause an executionbehavior change of the program or procedure are detected. Invoking thecoverage and analysis window highlights the statements needing retesting.The preprocessor automatically parses and instruments your source code.Your present compilation and build procedures are used to generate anexecutable. VisionSoft's Execution Database is then linked to yourexecutable and a separately instrumented source file directory.VisionSoft/TEST works in conjunction with your existing debugger enablingyou to perform complete unit and system testing. EventRecord finds,collects, correlates, and maps your test events directly to thedynamically running application's source code. DataVision's portableapplication and execution databases automatically capture results forlater review, display, and reporting.
